Our services are made to make you happy , but, if you have any trouble with our services we back that up with our refund policies.
POLICIES WE DON’T REFUND COMPLETELY :
- If you are not pleased with our services or you have changed your mind to not to work with us so get back to us within 10 days of having a project.
- If you have purchased through a discounted coupon,promo or special service package.
- If you are not satisfied with our services then you will have a refund of 75% gateback after contacting us 2 weeks later since the project is initiated..
- If you will contact us in the beginning when we have done some work on your project , then the amount will be deducted accordingly.
- If you have or were approached by another service provider or freelancer for the same project assigned to PearPixels ,then 25% will be deducted.
POLICIES WE DO REFUND COMPLETELY:
- If you have approved the initial draft or requested revisions on the project within a day you will get a 100% refund.
- Claim will proceed within one week.
- If the project is not initiated you will get a 100% refund.
